Nestled in the charming streets of Barzio, Albergo Esposito offers a satisfying blend of comfort and convenience, especially for skiing enthusiasts like myself. The room was impressively spacious, featuring a cozy bed and a surprisingly large bathroom, which made for a pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed the balcony, perfect for taking in the fresh mountain air. With easy access to the Piani di Bobbio ski resort just a short drive away, the location is a definite plus. The on-site restaurant provides a decent range of meals at a reasonable price; we opted for dinner there every night, finding the service gentle and accommodating, with English spoken for ease. Though breakfast is quite minimal, it does set a fine start before hitting the slopes. If you're looking for affordable proximity to winter sports without overwhelming luxuries, Albergo Esposito strikes a fair balance between value and experience.
